Goalkeepers
Lee Appleby; Currently enjoying his second stint with The Colliery after a spell with Brodsworth MW.
Jonjo Griffiths; Local lad Jonjo has been with The Colliery for eight years, originally keeping goal for the under-18s side. A stalwart for the Reserves he has ocassionally been called into action with the first team. Also known to play as a striker in the local Sunday League.
Kai Wheatley; One for The Colliery's future Kai is currently goalkeeper of the club's under 19s side.
Defenders
Daniel Lodge; Son of goalkeeping coach Steve Danny has recently forced his way back into the side at full-back after a long spell out through injury. Prior to re-joining the Colliery Danny had spells with Rotherham United and Retford United.
David Holvey; After falling out of favour with the previous Manager, Dave has recently returned to The Colliery to help marshall the defence.
Gary Hayes; A recent addition to the club Gary signed from local side Carcroft Village, and is a strong right full-back.
Jon Billups; Strong at Centre half although his height can prove an advantage at either end of the pitch Jon was previously with Swinton Station.
Rob Burton; Formerly of Retford United and a coach at the local Sports College Rob joined The Colliery in December as player-manager alongside fellow Sports College teacher Ian Wilson. An excellent defender Rob's experience will help him to lead from the back.
Chris Burton; Another recent acquisition and brother of Rob, Chris is a strong defender who joins The Colliery from Premier Division Arnold Town.
Andrew Culshaw; Previously on the books of Scunthorpe United Andrew had spells with Conference North side Gainsborough Trinity and Unibond League Ossett Town before returning to his home club. Still only 19 Andrew is a very useful addition to the side and has also been made club captain.
Midfielders
Carl Hastie; Another village youngster who gained experience with Retford United's under 19s, Carl is a very quick and agile player and has forged a regular place in the 1st team.
Michael MacDonald; After spending last season in and out of the side an impressive pre-season has helped Michael to forge a regular place in the 1st team this campaign. So much so he has been promoted to club captain at the relatively tender age of 21.
Dean Chapman; Another player who joined the club recently, coming from Premier Division Armthorpe Welfare Dean is a quick and skilfull player with the ball.
Ryan Shelton; A very versatile player Ryan can be relied on to give 100% for the team.
Bradley Billam; Another youngster that has forced his way into the 1st team from the current under 19s set up. Bradley is a talented winger who can only improve with experience.
Nathan Millington; Joined recently from the under 19s set-up at Retford United Nathan works well on the right.
Matthew Lodge; A hard working midfielder who can be relied on to give 100% Matty was previously on the books with Rotherham United.
Gary Mundy; The second of two recent signings from Carcroft Village, Gary is a young midfielder but not afraid to attack more senior opponents.
Tom Arnold; A member of the club's under 17s side Tom has made a number of recent appearances for the first team and has adapted to the step up well.
Forwards
Lee Holmes; Re-signed for the club recently after a spell with Selby Town, 'Holmesy' is a quick forward with a proven eye for goal. He is another player who was previously with Retford United.
James Batchelor; 'Batch' has recently fought his way back into the first team after time spent with the reserves, his is a quick and able forward, also capable of playing at the back if needed.
Jason Stokes; Now in his second season at the club and still only seventeen years old Jason is a great prospect for the future and will push his fellow strikers for a place in the starting line-up.
Callum Coburn; Another local youngster Callum has broken into the first team after a prolific scoring run for the club's under 17s, he is very quick and confident on the ball.
Sean Nicholls; A recent signing from local league football Sean is a very strong forward and has given the Colliery a much needed different option to their attacking play.
